Vivian Chow
As one of the co-founders of Soltre, Ms. Chow brings extensive enterprise resource planning and business intelligence implementation and development experience to the Company. Previously, Ms. Chow co-founded the consulting firm Métier in November 1995 and assumed the role of the company's Chief Executive Officer. During her tenure, Ms. Chow was awarded the Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year for Technology" in Los Angeles. She was also the co-author of the "Oracle Certified Professional Financial Applications Consultant Exam Guide". |
Ms. Chow graduated with honors from the California Institute of Technology with both an MS and BS in Computer Science.
Ronald Kong
Mr. Kong, one of the co-founders of Soltre, brings extensive experience in the areas of technical architecture, consulting, business intelligence, and management. As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Kong supports the system architecture, technical operations, and business intelligence functions of the company.
Before Soltre Technology, Mr. Kong also co-founded Métier together with Ms. Chow and Ms. Lam. As Vice President, Mr. Kong provided strategic direction and management support for the Business Intelligence and E-Commerce consulting practices, as well as Product Development. For the two consulting practices, Mr. Kong participated in the delivery of consulting services, supports sales efforts, and directed the development of core competencies and partnerships. With supervision over the Product Development business unit, Mr. Kong also directed the development of products to provide synergistic value between products and consulting. Prior to Métier, Mr. Kong managed an elite group of consultants at The RightSizing Group, specializing in data warehousing and related technologies. Previously, Mr. Kong was a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at TRW, where he led multiple projects involving object relational databases, multimedia, high-speed fingerprint matching, and large-scale information systems.
Mr. Kong earned both an MS and a BS with honors in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology. |
