SOLTRE TECHNOLOGY RANKED THIRD AMONG FASTEST-GROWING PRIVATE COMPANIES, ACCORDING TO LOS ANGELES BUSINESS JOURNAL

LOS ANGELES (November 15, 2004) - Soltre Technology, Inc., a leading Oracle services provider, has claimed the No. 3 spot on the Los Angeles Business Journal's list of the Top 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

The Business Journal cited Soltre for its revenue growth of 630% from 2001 to 2003. Soltre was one of four firms in the top 10 involved in some form of outsourcing and one of 23 technology companies in the top 100. One significant contributor to Soltre's revenue growth has been a growing success with nonprofit and membership organizations. Chow told the Business Journal that Soltre will continue to grow cautiously by leveraging its relationship with the regional YMCA, as evidenced by new business with organizations in Central Florida and Hartford, Conn.
