Customizations are defined as custom coding or modifications of existing Oracle coding and documentation. Coding includes Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alert, Financials/Sales Analyzer, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Forms, and PL/SQL. Documentation includes business procedures and training materials. Customizations may also include data conversions.
For any major or minor customizations, Soltre develops a functional specification, a technical specification, and a testing document - all of which are included as part of the customization documentation.
